Chef’s fluffy pancakes

From season to season, Kafei strives to bring more asian flavors to Brussels and give the opportunity to customers to discover them in various forms.

After the launch of the goma latte, consisting of a home-made sesame paste with milk (hot or iced), it was reimagined as a fluffy pancake.

It is served with smooth sesame cream, a refreshing home-made raspberry sauce and sweet sesame crackers.
